<p>Vedeli ste, že Peugeot vyrába super mlynčeky ?<br>Nastavenie hrúbky mletia od 1 do 6 a naozaj kvalitný mechanizmus. <br>Mal som už veľa mlynčekov, ale tomuto sa žiadny nevyrovná.</p>

<p>Ako na to?</p>



<p>1. semená musia byť špeciálne určené na pestovanie microgreens<br>2. semená reďkovky a brokolice som namočil na cca 7 hodín do nádobky s vodou z nedele na pondelok<br>3. v pondelok som rozložil na dierkovanú misku, podlial vodou a prikryl, aby boli v tme<br>4. pravidelne som postrekoval vodou z rozprašovača<br>5. po cca 4 dňoch som odkryl a pravidelne ovlažoval a premýval<br>6. pred konzumom treba dobre premyť, konzumujem aj s korienkami</p>

<ul class="wp-block-list"><li>možnosť nastaviť čo najviac parametrov ručne a nie len automatika</li><li>teda na Pepovi viem meniť: čas, tlak, teplotu (no trošku obmedzene)</li><li>má odložený štart, čo bolo pre mňa dosť dôležité</li><li>možnosť variť v tlaku, v pare, pomalé varenie a ručné nastavenie</li><li>chcel som ešte, aby sa dalo vypnúť po dovarení udržiavanie teploty, ale to by som už asi chcel veľa. Dá sa to vyriešiť vypnutím zásuvky po dovarení.</li><li>nechcel som teflonovú nádobu, buď kameninovú alebo nerezovú (tú má aj môj Pepa)</li><li>a možnosť dať úplne preč pokrievku, aby nebola pripevnená k hrncu fixne, ako to majú niektoré</li><li>je elektrický a výkon 1000W</li></ul>

<p>Postupne budem pridávať aj recepty, ktoré som v ňom pripravil.<br>No a nakoľko sa dosť nápadne podobá na Instant pot, tak receptov na YouTube je naozaj veľa.</p>
